BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS

Please read this booking policy before reserving your tour. It explains booking requirements, reservation status, confirmations, cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds.

 

BOOKING PROCEDURE

Complete the online booking form by selecting your tour, date, time, party size, and transportation preference. Submitting the form creates a reservation request. A reservation is confirmed only after the required 50% non-refundable deposit is paid.

Please ensure your card has the required funds available. Once the deposit is received, your reservation status will change from waiting to deposit/confirmed, and you will receive confirmation by email.

 

REQUIREMENTS

Drivers must present a valid driver's license and must have at least three years of driving experience. Guests under 18 must be accompanied by an adult. Tours are not recommended for pregnant guests or guests with serious back problems.

 

RESERVATION VS. CONFIRMATION

A reservation is created when the online form is submitted. A booking is confirmed only after the non-refundable deposit is paid. Reservations may be cancelled if the deposit is not paid within 48 hours.

 

CANCELLATIONS

To cancel, email 268buggies@gmail.com or message 1-268-725-2669 with your reservation details. Verbal cancellation requests may not be accepted. No-shows may be charged in full to the original payment method.

Deposits are non-refundable. If more than the deposit amount was paid, any eligible excess may be refunded according to the cancellation timing and policy. No refund is issued for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled start time.

 

RESCHEDULING

You may request one date change more than 24 hours before your scheduled tour time, subject to availability. Send the requested new date and time by email or message. A regular tour reschedule processing fee of ECD $50 may apply. All-inclusive tours may have a processing fee of ECD $100.

 

REFUNDS

The 50% deposit is non-refundable. Please confirm your date, time, passenger count, and transportation needs before booking.
