Please review these policies before submitting your excursion reservation.
Reservation & confirmation
Complete the online booking form with your tour, date, time, number of guests and transportation preferences. Submitting the form creates a reservation request; the booking is confirmed only after the required 50% non-refundable deposit is received.
Reservation requests may be cancelled if the deposit is not paid within 48 hours.
Driver and guest requirements
Drivers must be 21 or older, hold a valid driving licence and have at least three years of driving experience. Passengers must be at least four years old and children must be accompanied by an adult. The excursion is not recommended for pregnant guests or guests with serious back problems.
Cancellation and no-shows
To request cancellation, contact the 268Buggies team in writing at 268buggies@gmail.com or WhatsApp +1 (268) 725-2669. Deposits are non-refundable. No refund is issued for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled excursion. No-shows may be charged in full under the booking agreement.
Rescheduling
One date change may be requested more than 24 hours before the scheduled tour, subject to availability. A regular tour processing fee of ECD $50 may apply.
Transportation
Transportation is an optional additional service unless your reservation expressly includes it. Confirm meeting points and pickup times with our staff.
